If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days with your name, order number, and reason for the return to request a Return Authorization Number.
Any items returned without a return authorization, missing packaging, parts or manuals, or with damage will be assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- Please inspect all items upon receipt for any damage. Any item damaged due to freight handling or factory defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you.
- If you receive a damaged item, we will make every effort to replace the part or the entire item so you are fully happy with your new item. If you decide not to replace the item, then the original shipping charge is not refundable.
- Upon return of the merchandise in New, Uninstalled, Undamaged & Unused Condition, we will refund you the total less the original shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used, installed, altered or damaged. All returned items are shipped at the customer’s expense. All returns must have a Return Authorization.
